REPORT ON ANGANAWADI VISIT AND NUTRITIONAL PROGRAMME ON 22/07/2023

As a part of community health nursing posting 3rd Year GNM students under the guidance of Community Health Nursing Department organized nutritional program and health education for the children of Anganwadi in the morning in Maroli on 22rd July 2023.

Program began with the prayer song, nutritional diet -Pathrode and badam milk was prepared and informed about the importance of nutritive value. Then the activities like games and questions were asked and also our students have given entertainment program through dance and singing and also we have given knowledge about the adverse effects of phone addiction through a small skit and about health the message was given to parents and children.

At the end of the program prizes were distributed to the children’s who have answered to the questions prepared food Pathtode and Badam milk was distributed to the children’s, parents and members gathered.

The Anganwadi teacher Mrs. Sunitha impressed and expressed the gratitude for conducting the program. At last vote of thanks was delivered. The program was well organized and it was successful. The cooperation and contribution from the teachers and children was awesome. The program which was conducted by the students was well planned and it was needful.
